By accessing or using our website and services (“Service”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. NATURE OF SERVICE Rokettt operates as a managed website service, not a self-service website builder. Depending on the selected plan, our services may include website setup, hosting, domain, content implementation, limited editor access, and ongoing maintenance based on subscription or Care Plans. All services are delivered based on the scope defined in your selected plan and the information provided through the onboarding process. HOSTING & INFRASTRUCTURE Rokettt provides managed WordPress hosting as part of specific service plans, as described at the time of purchase. This includes configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operational responsibility within the scope of the selected plan. Rokettt primarily hosts client websites on infrastructure managed and operated by Rokettt, including cloud-based servers under Rokettt’s control. In certain cases, third-party hosting platforms may be used at Rokettt’s discretion, with equivalent management and responsibility provided by Rokettt. The hosting setup used for Rokettt’s own business website does not determine or limit the infrastructure provided for client projects. All websites delivered by Rokettt are built on core WordPress. Depending on the selected plan, websites may be built using either native WordPress blocks only or curated third-party block extensions, as specified during onboarding or in the service/pricing description. Rokettt prioritizes portability and long-term maintainability within standard WordPress practices. While websites are built to allow future migration or handover, such services are not included unless explicitly stated in the service scope. If an issue occurs within the scope of Rokettt’s hosting or management responsibilities, clients should contact Rokettt directly, subject to the support terms of the selected plan. FAIR USE & SERVICE LIMITS Rokettt provides managed website services intended for normal business and informational use. Each website is subject to reasonable fair use limits, including: * Up to 20 pages * Up to 200 posts * Up to 5 GB total storage, including files, media, databases, and backups The service is intended for company profiles, service pages, blogs, and basic lead generation. It is not designed for file hosting, media streaming, or high-load application usage. Websites are built to support normal business traffic levels. Occasional traffic spikes are acceptable. Sustained unusually high traffic or excessive resource usage may require review, optimization, or infrastructure adjustments. These limits are not enforced rigidly. Rokettt reserves the right to take reasonable action to protect system stability, performance, and security. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. DELIVERY TIMELINE & ONBOARDING CUT-OFF DELIVERY TIMELINE The website delivery timeline begins after all required onboarding information and content have been fully submitted and confirmed. * Standard delivery time is up to 5 (five) working days * Delivery time does not include: * Incomplete or inaccurate onboarding submissions * Delays caused by late client responses * Content moderation process duration Rokettt is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or unclear information provided by the Client. ONBOARDING CUT-OFF TIME The delivery timeline start date is determined by the onboarding submission time: * Onboarding forms submitted before 10:00 AM (UTC+7 / WIB) are considered received on the same working day * Onboarding forms submitted after 10:00 AM (UTC+7 / WIB) are considered received on the next working day This cut-off is applied to ensure proper review, scheduling, and quality control. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. REVISION POLICY Each website project includes 1 or 2 revision rounds (based on the chosen plan) after the initial delivery. INCLUDED REVISIONS * Text or copy adjustments * Content corrections * Minor layout refinements EXCLUDED REVISIONS The following are not included in the revision round: * Structural layout or page changes * New sections or additional pages * Feature additions or integrations * Design direction changes * Requests outside the original onboarding scope Any request beyond the included revision round may be treated as a paid additional service or a new project. REVISION TIMEFRAME Revision requests must be submitted within 3 (three) calendar days after initial delivery. If no revision request is received within this period, the project will be considered approved and completed. FAIR USE Revision requests must be submitted in one consolidated list. Fragmented or repeated revision submissions may be declined. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. FINAL DELIVERY & PUBLISH The website will be submitted for review on the 5th business day according to the production timeline and will be published within 1–2 business days, depending on the speed and completeness of your feedback as a client. The website is considered complete and accepted after: * The website is published, or * No revision feedback is received within the specified time limit. WORKFLOW PROTECTION By using our services, you agree to follow our established workflow, timeline, and revision policies. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY & RESTRICTIONS You are fully responsible for all content submitted to the Service (“Content”), including its legality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws in Indonesia. By submitting Content, you grant Rokettt a non-exclusive right to use, display, modify, and publish the Content solely for the purpose of delivering and maintaining the Service. You represent and warrant that: * You own the Content or have legal rights to use it * The Content does not infringe any third-party rights * The Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation PROHIBITED CONTENT Rokettt strictly prohibits Content related to or containing: * Pornography, obscenity, sexual exploitation * Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or incitement * Political parties, political campaigns, or ideological movements * Gambling, betting, or lottery services * Cryptocurrency, ICOs, trading platforms, financial loans, investments, or complex financial products * Multi-level marketing (MLM), affiliate schemes, or “work from home / make money online” promotions * Cigarettes, vape, tobacco, and items containing nicotine * Drugs, alcohol, or intoxicating substances * Pharmaceutical or medical product sales * Weapons, violence, or illegal activities * Fundraising for unclear or unverified causes * Exotic or protected animals or prohibited animal products * Malware, viruses, or malicious code * Spam or misleading advertising We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or terminate services related to prohibited Content without prior notice. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6. MODERATION & PUBLICATION (THE LAUNCH KIT) In one-page website project or The Launch Kit, the landing pages are subject to content moderation prior to publication. * Moderation duration may vary from minutes to hours * During moderation, the website may not be publicly accessible * Any content update or re-confirmation will restart the moderation process Rokettt reserves the right to remove or disable published content that violates these Terms. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7. STORAGE USAGE Storage provided is intended solely for website-related assets. Using Rokettt storage as a general cloud storage or file-sharing service is prohibited and may result in service suspension or termination. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8. CONTACTS, FORMS & MESSAGING On your website, you are responsible for ensuring that: * Visitors consent to your privacy policy and terms * Collected data complies with applicable data protection regulations The Service may not be used to collect or distribute contacts for spam, illegal activities, or prohibited Content. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9. ACCOUNT & ACCESS After the website has been successfully published, you may be granted login access to your dashboard (WordPress CMS) using an Editor role. The Editor role is provided to ensure a secure website environment and an optimal content editing experience, while protecting critical system settings and configurations. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Providing inaccurate information or misuse of access rights may result in account suspension or termination. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 10. DOMAIN & EMAIL DOMAIN You may use a domain provided by Rokettt or your own custom domain. Domain transfers may require an EPP code. EMAIL Certain plans include custom email accounts: * Each mailbox includes up to 10GB storage * Mailboxes inactive for 100 consecutive days may be permanently deleted -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 11. CARE PLANS & MAINTENANCE If you need help updating/changing content related to images, text, and hyperlinks after the website is launched, we have a follow-up service called Care Plans [https://rokettt.com/pricing#care-plans]. Care Plans do not include full redesigns, structural changes, or new feature development unless otherwise stated. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 12. ADDITIONAL SERVICES (ROKETTT STUDIO) Custom services such as advanced development, SEO campaigns, workshops, or web applications are provided under Rokettt Studio and governed by a separate written agreement. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 13. BILLING & REFUND POLICY * Subscriptions are valid for one (1) year from payment confirmation * A 48-hour money-back guarantee applies subject to the Refund Policy * Payment errors not caused by Rokettt are non-refundable -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 14. MIGRATION & SERVICE TRANSFER You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the applicable terms. Rokettt makes it easy for you to migrate your website to another service or hosting provider. * You may submit a migration request to us * We will provide the necessary website files for the transfer process Please note: * Licenses for premium tools or plugins used within the Service are not included in the migration * You may purchase and activate your own plugin licenses independently from their respective plugin/software providers * Certain configurations or technical settings may not be transferable as they are tied to Rokettt’s server infrastructure Rokettt is not responsible for setup, reconfiguration, or any technical issues that occur after the website has been migrated to another service. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 15. TERMINATION We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service without prior notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
