HOW PAYMENT WORKS

There are two ways to make a transaction, depending on where you are located.

For global users, choose any plan that suits your needs and follow the process.

For Indonesian users, choose the plan you prefer and it will bring you to
contact us. We will process your purchase by sending a payment link that you can
pay through various local payment methods.


PAYMENT METHODS

For global users, we offer various payment options including PayPal and major
debit/credit cards (eg. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express). These options
use PayPal as the payment gateway. Please note, for non-PayPal users, you can
use Guest mode in PayPal, it allows you to complete the transaction without
creating an account.



For Indonesian users, there are over 10 methods, including credit cards, bank
transfers (Virtual Accounts), e-wallets (like OVO, Gopay, ShopeePay, etc), and
marketplace payments (such as Tokopedia and Blibli).


WHAT HAPPEN IF I DON'T RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION ON TIME?

All subscriptions are provided with a 7-day grace period. You will be required
to immediately pay for your subscription before losing access to the platform.
