Regarding our web services (design & development), we provide refunds for any type of projects. It is important to note that a cancelation fee of 20% of the project value will be applied. This fee is intended to cover various costs associated within the process and transaction fee from payment gateways.
Refunds can be requested a maximum of 48 hours after successful payment. Once we get the request and approve it, you should receive your refund within 1-7 business days.
Keep in mind, there are several stages in the services (web design and development). After 48 hours, it is important to note that any payments made for the project are non-refundable.
